Facebook is an excellent marketing platform for a restaurant to help it increase brand awareness, recruit new customers, and empower patrons to network with each other. But which restaurants are doing a great job and which need help?
Using my hometown of Newburyport, Massachusetts as a backdrop, I review five local restaurants — The Grog, The Port Tavern, Ceia Kitchen + Bar, Loretta Restaurant, and Enzo Restaurant + Bar — and compare them to each other and to five national chains.

Nice job! Several great takeaways in that video.
I would also remind people that Facebook (FB) filters what your followers see. If your posts are not inspiring engagement, FB will show them less often, which leads to less opportunity for engagement and creates a cycle of obscurity. Therefore, likes and comments are not only important for their ability to spread your message to others, but they are also imperative for putting your message in front of those who already “like” you.
Good stuff. Makes me hungry..
Good stuff! I’m reworking a blog of mine and like how you have the comment policy text above the form. I may do something similar. Do you find it helps?
I don’t know if people read it but it’s there as a protective measure if someone violates the policy and asks me why a comment wasn’t published.
I’m glad you have it there. I don’t know if helps with spam, but it certainly helps those trying to comment ensure their comments get published.
Ah yes. CYA. I also like your custom thank you page. Is that a plugin or are you using the comments_post_redirect filter?
