Someone recently told me that she always thought her grandmother wore a beautiful white wedding gown — until her grandma told her it was pink.
Unless one was in the photo or near the subjects when it was taken, who could say for sure that the gown was white and not pink, the drapes were green and not blue, and the sun was red and not orange?
If I didn’t tell you the color of my hat, how would you know? How could you know?
Appreciating the beauty of black and white photography and wanting to translate that innocence into this blog to express myself with minimal background color and sidebar noise, I started looking closely at other sites.
I chose this particular theme after seeing it on Skellie‘s blog; and despite the design intended for WordPress, there’s always at least enterprising individual willing to convert it into Blogger.
