According to Google Analytics, 923 people visited my blog during the month of January 2015. With a wonderful 7% bounce rate (indicating 93% of you are reading more than one page), there was a total of 1,115 sessions.
A session is a visit. If you visited my blog every day, that’s 30 sessions. If you visited once, that’s one session. Many returned.
You come from many countries…
…and cities of the world…
…with different browsers…
…and operating systems.
Most of you came here from desktop computers. I show 101 using the Apple iPhone and 36 with the iPad. Android visitors number 82.
Most arrived here directly by typing my blog URL into your browser. That’s 374 sessions. There were 371 sessions who found me from a search engine when resulting keywords showed my site as a relevant link. Far less visits, 186 total, came here by clicking a link somewhere else online. And, 165 came here from social media, including 48 from Facebook and 47 from Twitter.
Looking at Quantcast data, creating a profile of you in correlation to other websites you visit that are also tracked by them, my median visitor is a single Caucasian women, aged 25 to 34, politically independent with a graduate degree and an annual salary over $150,000.
Is that you? Tweet me and let me know.
P.S. I purchased ariherzog.com on January 29, 2002. Happy birthday to me!
