There is Something About Comcast

Let me get this straight.

I’m paying Comcast $45.95 a month for their Performance internet plan which promises “downloads up to 20 Mbps” and “uploads up to 4 Mbps,” yet running a diagnostic of my connection moments ago I’m showing a download speed at 50 percent.
