How to Sign the Declaration of Independence

This is the Declaration of Independence.

See my name in the bottom left?

On the occasion of America’s 236th birthday, I invite you to visit the website of the National Archives and, with sign the Declaration of Independence.

I signed it in 2009 when I blogged about Lady Liberty tweeting. The Declaration is a living document and there is no better time than the present to follow my lead and sign today!

Happy birthday, Old Glory!

  1. Thanks for sharing, Ari. As I hadn’t ‘signed’ before, I’ll do that now. It’s funny how we so easily forget what 4th of July really means to our nation.

  2. Its nice to know that US has this kind of activity during Independence day. I am not sure if our government have made this also. Happy belated independence day!
