Everyone’s talking about Sarah Palin, the woman who U.S. presidential candidate John McCain picked to be his vice president and to run with him on the road to the White House.

If elected, according to maxomai at Daily Kos, she’d be the first U.S. vice president who is “a screamingly anti-choice, pro-creationism, anti-gay candidate… a lifetime member of the NRA… [and who] ran for office on an ethics reform platform and is now under investigation for ethics violations.”

But of course, Hillary is not on the ticket so I don’t grasp the purpose of that site…other than maybe to educate independently-aligned women who would vote for Sarah merely because she’s female?
- As I write this, there are nearly 200 comments on AMERICAblog with everyone itching to get their two cents in about the mystery woman from Alaska.

But what do I know. Maybe with her steamy pictures and ethics scandal, she doesn’t want to enhance her personal brand anymore than it is.

Interesting tidbits. I really knew nothing about her until today. I think it’s really odd her main site is down, today of all days… I wonder if there was something on it that they didn’t want everyone to find out on her first day out as McCain’s VP pic.

Sarah Palin is not who she claims. I just love the way she kiss’s her family…a cheek to cheek, no kiss. I don’t trust her, or McCain. If she could have claimed her children on the RNC travel tab she would have. I’d really like to see her, and the dud’s tax’s…No mistake in the spelling. What mother keeps her children out all hour’s of the night, or keeps them traveling with her. I have been a Democrat all my adult life…This time I voted the McCain/Palin ticket…I felt in my heart and mind that was the best ticket we had to offer….I am so very sorry they did not win….I know that McCain will continue his work in the senate and I only hope that Palin will continue her public/political life….She has much to learn ( it is true ) but my goodness what she has to offer and what she has done with her life so far is just amazing and I congratulate her stamina and sense of humor through the comments and attics that have been thrown at her…… I do believe she is a strong women and would do our country well…….

Sarah Palin was a joke from the beginning. Nobody was being mean to her by saying the things they did. She really doesn’t know what she was talking about. If you would stop supporting her just because you share genitalia then you would see that she is clearly not fit for the presidency.
