After asking for your advice yesterday to gauge the effectiveness of large icons I’d found online and uploaded to my blog’s sidebar–very large icons as depicted in the image to the left (which can be zoomed for the full effect)–11 wise readers responded to my request for feedback and added their opinions.
As you can see from the new sidebar layout, things are different. I’m sure things will change again. The important part is I listened to your advice and took action.
Thank you for your honesty and candor.
While some of the 11 are well-known to me from the social networking universe, many of the commenters on that last post are new to me. You can be sure I will revisit those comments and click on their names to visit their blogs!
The same week that David Armano wrote about the web reinventing friendship and Julie Roads wrote about online friends forming partnerships, I’d like to add that I am humbled by the kindness of strangers–you–and glad that some of us are becoming friends.
It doesn’t matter what other people think of our unique friendship. The key is what we know.
Know what I mean?
