I bought the OontZ Angle 3 last month. Judging from online reviews, a lot of people use the Bluetooth-connected speaker with their phones and other mobile devices — whether at the beach, in the car, or anywhere.
I’m using it with a MacBook, and I am very impressed by the intensity of sound emanating from the 9-ounce speaker.
It can sit horizontally as I have it, or it can stand vertically. It charges with a USB cable that I usually keep plugged in.

By contrast, here’s an unassembled look at the Logitech R-20 speaker system that I previously used. There are two side speakers and a floor amp, with sound piped out via the computer’s headphone jack.

The Logitech system was manufactured in 2005. I don’t know if I had it that long; but I’m sure I used it over a decade. Until the pandemic began and building a home office took on an urgency, I never had a reason to get something new.
Frustrated by the wires, I searched Amazon for a wireless speaker.
Over 64,000 Amazonians reviewed the OontZ model, with 73% giving it 5 stars. I bought it.
